John Mark Apple Green Velvet Double-Sided Trim Wired Ribbon - 4" x 10 yd

Apple green velvet trimmed in metallic dupion on both edges, dupion backed. The brightest of John Mark's four double-sided velvets and the one that keeps a red-and-green tree from going dark.

Apple green is a hard color to get right in velvet — too yellow and it looks cheap, too blue and it fights the greenery. This one sits where it should, which is why it runs every year.

Four inches wide, ten yards. Works against the red velvet, and against the red/green stripe, without matching either exactly.
