Assistant Store Manager
Looking for a rockstar to join our Suffolk team as an Assistant Store Manager! This position is full-time and offers health benefits. Must be flexible, and must be available to work weekends. Our customers love friendly and outgoing people at A. Dodson's!
As Assistant Store manager, you are responsible for assisting the Director of Retail in the success of the retail store, which includes meeting your financial and customer service goals. You are responsible for maintaining standards and setting a positive example – including all health & safety practices and procedures, maximizing margin potential while creating and fostering an enjoyable customer experience which exceeds customary standards and service levels.
