Shipping, Returns & FAQ
We ship orders Monday through Friday except on holidays. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed. We use First Class, Priority Mail and UPS Ground as our shipping services. If you select Free Shipping, the method your order ships will be determined by the size and weight of the package.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You will also be notified by email before your order delivers and once it has been delivered.

If an item arrives broken, then our hearts are also broken!
- Step 1: Take a photo of the damage.
- Step 2: Email the photo to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
- Step 3: Someone will be in touch with you in 24-36 hours (excluding weekends because frolicking on the weekend makes us happier on Monday and that's good for everyone!)
If, within 30 days, an item just doesn't give you the jollies you expected:
- Step 1: Package the item up with love (it has feelings, too, ya know!)
- Step 2: On the packing slip, please tell us the reason for your return. Feel free to include a doodle or joke to make us laugh. We like laughing.
- Step 3: Mail it back to us at 2948 Bridge Road, Suffolk, VA 23435 ATTN: Returns
- Step 4: Upon inspection, a refund will be issued to your form of payment within 14 days. And we may share your joke or doodle on our Facebook page for all to enjoy!
The Stuff We Hate to Say:
- No returns accepted on Sale items.
- No returns accepted on used or worn merchandise.
- Must be in original packaging. All tags must be attached.
- No returns or adjustments after 30 days from the date of order.
- No exceptions, even for you Great Aunt Gertie (but we still love you!).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1) Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska or APOs?
We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska (at an additional charge)! We currently do not ship to APOs.
2) Do you offer gift-wrap?
While we don't gift wrap your package, we will happily include a gift message with your order and no prices will be shown on packing inserts. To send a gift message, just enter your message in the Gift Message box at checkout.
3) Is all the product on the website also in the A. Dodson's stores?
Generally speaking, yes! Sizes and styles could sell out faster at one location than another so it's always a good idea to call the store and make sure they have what you're looking for. The phone number for each store can be found here: Phone Numbers
