Shipping and Customer Service Manager

This full-time position is based in our Suffolk location. Hours may fluctuate during our busy holiday seasons (must be available to work some weekends during these busy times).
This position requires someone who can process and ship online orders across multiple locations while keeping track of low inventory products, restocking shipping boxes, providing outstanding customer service, identifying problem patterns, communicating with vendors, and seeking out solutions as a technical self starter. Excel proficient.
